Mr Dialynas studied medicine at the University of Athens, Greece. He subsequently completed all of his vascular surgical training in the North East Thames Surgical Rotation and qualified in 2017. Following this, he obtained an advanced vascular fellowship from St Mary's Hospital.

​During his time as a consultant at King's College Hospital, he helped develop the advanced endovascular program as well as the outreach clinics. Later, he became a consultant vascular surgeon at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital in 2013 where he continued offering treatment for aneurysms, peripheral vascular disease and varicose veins.

In addition to his consultancy services, Mr Dialynas has a special interest in the provision of vascular services in peripheral non-arterial centres. He has set up a renowned service at Darent Valley Hospital and also introduced the first multidisciplinary diabetic foot clinic in the area.

Currently, Mr Dialynas is the clinical lead for the South East Vascular Network and practises privately as a consultant at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and BUPA Cromwell in London.

Ms Beddow successfully completed an MBBS in 1994 at the London Hospital Medical College, and since then, has gone from strength to strength in her medical career. Today, she is considered to be one of the top trainers in the UK in thoracic surgery and even collaborated as co-author in the Oxford Handbook of Cardiothoracic Surgery, published by the Oxford University Press. She practices at the esteemed King Edward VII Hospital in London.

Mr Sushil Maslekar is an award-winning consultant general, colorectal and laparoscopic surgeon based at St James’s University Hospital, with a private practice at the Spire Hospital Leeds and the Thorpe Park Clinic. His main clinical interests include laparoscopic and minimally-invasive surgery (keyhole surgery and robotic surgery) for Colorectal Cancer, pelvic floor surgery (including management of faecal incontinence and constipation), advanced minimal discomfort colonoscopy and transanal microsurgical techniques for rectal polyps and cancers.

Mr Maslekar offers modern treatments for haemorrhoids including radiofrequency ablation (Rafaelo procedure) and Doppler guided treatment (HALO/THD). He has also built a national reputation for his specialist interest in pelvic floor disorders, and when conservative measures have been exhausted, he provides treatments for bowel incontinence (Sacral Nerve Stimulation- SNS/AXONICS, Sphincter Reconstruction, Magnetic anal sphincter), prolapse repair (Ventral mesh rectopexy) and chronic constipation. Lastly, Mr Maslekar has a keen interest in hernias, especially keyhole (laparoscopic) repair, and treats inguinal, incisional, umbilical, femoral and all other ventral hernia.

Mr Maslekar's postgraduate training was undertaken in Yorkshire including Leeds, Sheffield and other hospitals. He undertook clinical research under Professor John Monson and Professor Graeme S Duthie culminating in an MD in 2006. He was awarded the British Journal of Surgery John Farndon Prize in 2006 for his work. After a brief period of advanced fellowship in Aarhus University Hospital, Aarhus, Denmark, he took up a Consultant post at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, where he leads the pelvic floor and colorectal cancer service.
